Refund Notice:
1）Please enter the correct 3-domain secure code of your bank card when you pay.
2）For representatives who have paid in advance and are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Secretariat before September 29, 2025 (Beijing time) to apply for a refund and the registration fee can be refunded at a rate of 80%. Applications for refunds from September 30 to October 9, 2025 (Beijing time), refunds can be made at a rate of 60%. After October 9, refunds will no longer be processed.
