Refund Notice:
For representatives who have paid in advance and are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Secretariat before September 29, 2025 (Beijing time) to apply for a refund and the registration fee can be refunded at a rate of 80%. Applications for refunds from September 30 to October 9, 2025 (Beijing time), refunds can be made at a rate of 60%. After October 9, refunds will no longer be processed.
